From cristina.domingo at uab.cat Fri Aug 12 19:06:49 2016 From: cristina.domingo at uab.cat (Cristina Domingo) Date: Fri, 12 Aug 2016 19:06:49 +0200 Subject: [Protected-areas@ecopotential.cnr.it] WP4 product development responsibilities table for each PA request Message-ID: <91c73406-7ae0-6606-94eb-7f1578a09775@uab.cat> **APOLOGIZES FOR CROSS POSTING** Dear all, During the meeting in Texel there was a long discussion about the table that links the PA requests with the storylines and the product development responsibilities. We collected several suggestions and we have been working with Richard Lucas (UNSW) to merge their Workflow mainly based on the LCSS production and responsibilities table. A new version of the table, which we consider the only one and official table of product development can be found in here: http://twiki.ecopotential.creaf.cat/foswiki/pub/ECOPOTENTIAL_WP4/ProductsAndPartners/Responsibles_vs_PA_Storylines.xlsx This table contains the following information for each PA and storyline: Request Contact Producer Partner Status Expected/ deliverable date (month/year) Link to FTP Metadata Variable Specific Product Resolution Period Specify months Priority (according to the PA) Instructions for WP4 PARTNERS - PRODUCERS: ***************************************** * Please, check all the products in which each of you have been assigned as producer. In case of disagreement, contact us. * Please, edit the "Details" sheet with new information or changes (columns under red arrows). Note that the information added/changed will be automatically updated into the other sheets. * All the products that are not yet assigned to a partner (Status:Pending to be assigned) have to be produced (except those in red in the list). Please, check them and contact us in case you can produce them. * All the requests must be delivered by the end of WP4, so the full table will be finally green. :) * If you have not yet contact the "Request Contact", please, contact them in order to discuss about the product details and confirm them the production. * The EODHAM sheet contains the workflow for producing LCCS (Richard Lucas- UNSW), including all the data needed (mainly EXISTING Land Cover or Habitat maps - to be uploaded to the FTP- and /in-situ/ data) Instructions for PA RESPONSIBLE - REQUESTORS: ******************************************* * The sheet "Responsibles" will inform you at a glance about the producer responsible to generate the product you requested. Please, note that when changing the drop down menu number, the information displayed is also changing. * If the producer contact has not contact you yet, please, contact them to ask about the status of the product or eventually discuss about the details. You can found the contact person for each producer partner in the sheet "Legend_Contacts". * You will be able to find the path where the data is stored (Link to the FTP) in the sheet "Details". The excel file will be updated frequently. In case of doubts, suggestions or other information, do not hesitate to contact us.
