Are you interested in becoming a trainer or enhancing your training skills?
If so, the ELIXIR-GOBLET Train-the-Trainer course

This course will happen online *on 14-17** January 2025,* each afternoon
from 14:00 to 17:30 CET.



The course is structured around four sessions, one for each afternoon:

- Introduction to Learning Principles

- Application of Learning Principles in Instructional Design

- Teaching Techniques to Enhance Learner Engagement

- Assessment and Feedback in Training and Teaching



Examples and discussions will also address the challenges of academic
teaching.



This course will be beneficial if you have questions such as:

- How does learning work?

- How can I apply learning principles to improve my teaching?

- How can I make my teaching more engaging and effective?

- How should I adjust my teaching for different types of learners?

- How can I assess whether my students truly understand my lessons and if
they are actually learning?

- What is the best balance between theory and practice?

- What strategies work in a classroom, and which do not?
