ELIXIR-IT is pleased to announce the upcoming "scRNA-seq Workshop. An
introduction to single cell RNA-seq data analysis".


IMPORTANT DATES:

Deadline for applications: 10 Sep 2022

Course date: 28-30 Sep 2022

University of Turin
Molecular Biotechnology Center


FEE

The course includes a fee of 220 euros. A maximum of 20 candidates will be
accepted.

Priority will be given to candidates from ELIXIR-IT member institutions.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

An introduction to single-cell RNA-seq data analysis. This course aims to
provide participants with theoretical and practical knowledge on how to
perform bioinformatic analyses of scRNA-seq data using open-source software
solutions.

scRNA-seq analyses will be performed using the tools available as part of
the Reproducible Bioinformatics Project: rCASC.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This course is suitable for biologists who are new to single-cell gene
expression technology. Knowledge of statistics is not necessary prior to
attend the course.
